Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

After the order has been completed, it will take up to three (3) days to process your order. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

Usually, the package will be delivered within the estimated arrival time. Please refer to the tracking information for the most accurate delivery date.

If your package has not been delivered or your tracking information shows that it has been delivered, but you have not received it, you must contact Customer Service at sales@littleindigokidz.com to verify within 25 days of the order date. For other orders, products, and logistics-related issues, you must contact customer service within 90 days of the order date.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Unworn items are eligible to be returned for STORE CREDIT ONLY within 7 days of receipt. 

Exchanges should be returned within seven days to ship your return back to us.
